The shower had low water pressure. It was hard to wash properly. the staff member at checkout was hostile after i mentioned the shower issue. the staff member looked to throw an adult tantrum, tossing the room key and shouting, shocking and unprofessional!!!

i found the breakfast excellent, with choices, including fruit juice and a full english breakfast. the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the maintained gardens and communal areas were a plus.

i noticed limited parking . i was directed to use a school lot, which wasn't ideal, and it.

The double room had a good temperature, and the space was spotlessly clean. I found the temperature to be just right for a restful stay. the room also provided enough space.

the bar had a nice atmosphere, and i found the drinks to be reasonably priced, it was a nice touch. the hotel has well maintained gardens that offer some spots to sit and relax near the lawn, i enjoyed it very much.

The hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The owner has obviously given the staff good training. most of the staff were relatively young. They were very polite.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. They walked outside to show the way from the hotel to the overflow car park, so that was nice. Breakfast was excellent. It was also good quality.

The parking situation was not ideal. There are 56 rooms but only about 8 parking spots. My bedsheet had a stain! That's not great. The shower water was cold for about 5 minutes.

The mattresses were uncomfortably hard. I could feel the springs. My sheet also had a tear. The busy road outside my window kept me awake.
